The delivery and return conditions of your orders on wordismo.com are as follows.

In order to shop on the Wordismo website, you can visit our English courses and events page, shop on our website and order the products offered for sale on our website. Unless otherwise stated by Wordismo, trainings and events are held on the specified dates.

Membership

● There is no obligation to become a member in order to shop on our website. The choice of shopping as a member or without a member belongs to our customers.

● Mandatory fields in membership are your name, surname, phone number, e-mail address and the password you will use when logging into the system.

● For non-member purchases, your name, surname, GSM and telephone number, e-mail address are required as mandatory fields in order to deliver your order. If you prefer the documents to be issued on behalf of your company in the shopping to be made without being a member, you must fill in the fields of company name, tax office, tax number and e-mail address in the corporate tab.

● Membership registration is not created in our system with the information entered for purchases made without a member.

Product Selection

● There are trainings such as one-to-one English lessons, exam activities and speaking groups on our site. On the pages prepared for the product description, there are descriptions, pictures, descriptions and price details of the products.

● You can register for the services you want to buy by clicking the register button.

● If there is a discount code given to you, by typing this code in the coupon code field during the purchase, when you press the use code button, the discount amount is automatically applied after the code entered is checked by the system.

 

Delivery and Billing Address Selection

● When you examine the products and amounts on the My Cart button and click on the buy button, you will be directed to the page where you can choose to login or shop without membership, if you have not logged in before. After your choice on this page, you will reach the page where you will select the address information to which the invoice will be sent. Here you can define as many different addresses as you want, edit or delete the addresses you define.

 

Payment and Confirmation

● You can see summary information about your order on the payment page, and the total shopping amount you have to pay at the bottom. If there is something you think is wrong in this area, you can go back to the previous steps and change your choices.

● If you prefer to pay by credit card, you can click the pay button after typing in the type of card, installment option, name and surname on the card, card number, expiration date and the 3-digit security number on the back of the card.

● The information you enter is transmitted to the bank in a secure environment with an SSL security protocol certificate. When the payment is successful, your order is created and you will be directed to the confirmation page where you can see your order number.

● Plus installment applications of banks vary according to the bank that your card is connected to. For detailed information, you can contact the bank to which the card belongs.

 

Order Tracking

● You can track the status of your orders from Wordismo by using the “order tracking” page on our website.

● Our customers, who place orders as members, can access the order tracking page in this menu after logging in using the member menu. Our customers, who shop without being a member, can reach the order tracking page by clicking the order tracking link in the same menu, and typing the e-mail address and order number specified when creating the order on the page that comes up.

● On the order tracking page, you can see the products you ordered, your billing addresses, the total amount you paid and the status of your order.

● Estimated delivery times of the products sold vary. Your order may include products that are supplied at different times. Training service is provided on the date specified. 

● In order to provide detailed information about the training or to inform you about changes and regulations, you can be contacted through your communication channels.

 

Cancellation and Refund 

● You have the right to return the product/service you have purchased. You can request a cancellation before the training service takes place and get a refund of the fee you paid. 

● After the training service is completed, there are no cancellations or refunds. 

● If the training service consists of more than one lesson day, your refund will be processed by deducting the fee corresponding to the lesson you have taken. For example, you signed up for a package of 24 lessons and requested cancellation after taking 4 lessons. The remaining amount will be refunded to you by deducting the cost of the 4 lessons you have taken.

 

To create a return / exchange request;

● info@wordismo.comYou can send your request to  email or you can request a cancellation/refund from the chat section on our website. Your request will be reviewed and you will be returned within 48 hours.

● In case the return process is approved; In line with your preference in the return application, the "product price" will be refunded to you.

● If the payment method is "Credit Card" and your preference is "Refund"; Your payment will be made online to your credit card as soon as possible. The reflection of your payment to your account may differ according to the processing times of the banks.

● If the payment method is "Money Transfer/EFT" and your preference is "Refund"; Your money will be refunded to the IBAN account you have notified.

● The promotional and campaign products of the product you will return, given as a gift, must also be returned at the same time.

● Return transactions of orders whose invoices are issued on behalf of institutions cannot be completed unless a return invoice is issued. You can return the product/service you have purchased within 14 days by applying within the following conditions.
