WORDISMO PLAY TERMS OF USE

Effective date: July 28, 2026

These Terms of Use govern your use of Wordismo Play. By downloading, accessing, connecting an account to, or using Wordismo Play, you agree to these Terms and the Wordismo Play Privacy Policy.

Wordismo Play is operated by Seçkin Esen Şahıs Şirketi.

1. Eligibility

You must be legally capable of accepting these Terms. If you are below the age at which you may independently accept digital-service terms in your country, a parent or legal guardian must review and accept these Terms for you.

Wordismo Play is not directed to children under 13.

2. License

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use Wordismo Play for lawful, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

You may not:

  • Copy, sell, rent, distribute, or commercially exploit the game

  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code except where law expressly permits

  • Modify the app or use unauthorized software, bots, scripts, or automation

  • Bypass security, advertising, purchase, or competitive-validation systems

  • Interfere with servers or other players

  • Use the service for unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, or harmful activity

3. Guest Play and Connected Accounts

You may play as a guest. Guest progress may remain only on the device and may be lost if the application is removed, device data is cleared, the device is lost, or local storage becomes unavailable.

You may optionally connect Apple or Google to save and synchronize eligible progress.

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining control of your Apple or Google account

  • Keeping your device secure

  • Providing an appropriate username

  • Informing us about suspected unauthorized account use

You may not sell, transfer, share, or commercially trade a Wordismo Play account.

4. Gameplay and Competitive Integrity

Wordismo Play may provide Adventure stages, Daily Challenges, leaderboards, rewards, streaks, scores, and other game modes.

Competitive results may be subject to server-side verification. We may reject, correct, invalidate, or remove results that are duplicated, technically invalid, manipulated, produced through unauthorized software, or inconsistent with the game’s rules.

You must not:

  • Submit forged or manipulated scores

  • Modify the game client to obtain an advantage

  • Automate gameplay or use bots

  • Exploit bugs or unintended behavior

  • Interfere with another player’s account

  • Abuse coupons, rewards, purchases, or advertising systems

  • Attempt to bypass attempt limits or validation controls

Coins, purchases, advertisements, and rewarded-ad benefits do not increase competitive scores, leaderboard points, or rankings.

5. Virtual Currency and Rewards

Wordismo Play may provide virtual coins, XP, stars, rewards, promotional benefits, and similar digital items.

Unless applicable law requires otherwise:

  • Virtual items have no real-world monetary value

  • They cannot be exchanged for cash

  • They cannot be transferred outside the game

  • They do not represent property, stored money, or a financial account

  • Their availability, balance, or use may be adjusted to correct errors, fraud, or duplicated delivery

Purchased coin packs add only the quantity shown for the product. Promotional and rewarded coins may be subject to separate conditions.

6. Purchases

Purchases are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play. Prices are displayed by the applicable store and may vary by country, currency, tax, and store policy.

Wordismo Play currently offers:

  • Consumable coin packs

  • A one-time Remove Ads product

Remove Ads removes future forced advertisements. Optional rewarded advertisements may remain available.

Refunds, payment disputes, billing, and store transaction issues are generally handled under Apple or Google’s rules. If a purchase is refunded, reversed, duplicated, fraudulent, or not successfully completed, the related virtual items or entitlement may be removed where permitted.

A non-consumable purchase may be restored using the available Restore Purchases function and the relevant store account.

Purchases never add competitive scores, stars, league points, or progression.

7. Advertisements

The game may display forced advertisements and optional rewarded advertisements.

A rewarded benefit is granted only after the advertising provider reports successful completion. Closing, skipping, interrupting, or failing to load an advertisement may result in no reward.

Advertising availability is not guaranteed.

8. Coupons and Promotions

Coupons and promotional codes:

  • May require a connected account

  • May have an expiration date

  • May have account, territory, quantity, or usage limits

  • May be limited to one use per player

  • May be suspended or cancelled in cases of error, fraud, unauthorized distribution, or abuse

  • Have no cash value unless expressly stated otherwise

9. Usernames and Public Profiles

Usernames and avatars may appear publicly on leaderboards.

You must not use a username that:

  • Impersonates another person or organization

  • Contains unlawful, threatening, hateful, discriminatory, or sexually explicit content

  • Violates intellectual-property or privacy rights

  • Includes personal information that should not be public

  • Is intended to mislead, harass, or advertise

We may change or remove inappropriate usernames and may restrict related accounts.

10. Intellectual Property

Wordismo Play, including its software, gameplay systems, artwork, graphics, text, sounds, branding, logos, databases, and original content, is owned by or licensed to Wordismo and is protected by intellectual-property laws.

These Terms do not transfer ownership of any Wordismo intellectual property to you.

11. Updates and Availability

We may add, modify, suspend, or remove features, content, rewards, prices, game modes, or online services.

We may require an application update to continue using certain features. Online services may be interrupted by maintenance, security issues, provider outages, legal requirements, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

We do not guarantee that every feature will always remain available.

12. Suspension and Termination

We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access where reasonably necessary to:

  • Enforce these Terms

  • Protect players or the service

  • Investigate fraud, cheating, abuse, or security incidents

  • Comply with law or an official request

  • Prevent harm to infrastructure or third parties

Where appropriate, we may remove invalid scores, rewards, currency, coupons, or entitlements obtained through abuse.

13. Account Deletion

You may request account and data deletion through the app or at:

Deletion is permanent. Synchronized progress, virtual currency, rewards, connected login methods, and leaderboard participation may be removed.

Deleting a Wordismo Play account does not automatically delete your independent Apple or Google account or their store transaction records.

14. Third-Party Services

Wordismo Play relies on third-party services, including Apple, Google, Supabase, RevenueCat, Firebase, Google Mobile Ads, and Wix.

Your use of those services may also be subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our reasonable control.

15. Disclaimer

Wordismo Play is provided on an “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, preservation of local guest data, or compatibility with every device.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded, including mandatory consumer rights.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Wordismo will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of or inability to use the game.

This limitation does not apply where liability cannot legally be limited, including liability arising from fraud, willful misconduct, or other mandatory legal protections.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in the game, law, security requirements, or service providers. The updated version will be published on this page with a revised effective date.

Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law. Where legally required, additional notice or consent will be obtained.

18. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without limiting mandatory consumer protections that apply in your country of residence.

Subject to mandatory consumer-jurisdiction rules, disputes shall be handled by the competent courts and enforcement offices of Ankara, Türkiye.
