How to Delete Account?

Hello Wordismo User,

 

This guide will guide you step by step when you want to delete your account and all your data. Remember that deleting your account is a one-time process, so there's no going back once you make that decision. Your data will be permanently lost during the account deletion process.

 

Step 1: Sign In

Log in to the application.

 

Step 2: Going to Your Profile

Go to the "Profile" tab in the menu at the bottom of the screen.

 

Step 3: Opening the Menu

While in your profile, open the menu by clicking on the hamburger (three lines) icon in the upper right corner.

 

Step 4: Delete My Account Option

In the menu that opens, find the "Delete My Account" option. You can start the account deletion process by clicking this option.

 

Step 6: Delete Account

Finally, you will be presented with a confirmation screen where your account and all your data will be permanently deleted. You can complete the process by clicking the "Delete Account" button on this screen.

 

Your account and data will now be deleted. You will not have the opportunity to reactivate your account or recover your data. Therefore, we recommend that you take this action by carefully considering the decision and contacting our support team when necessary.
