DELETE YOUR WORDISMO PLAY ACCOUNT AND DATA

You may permanently delete your Wordismo Play account and associated data at any time.

Delete Your Account in the App

1. Open Wordismo Play.

2. Go to Profile.

3. Open Settings.

4. Select Delete Account and Data.

5. Review the information shown.

6. Confirm the permanent deletion request.

You must be signed in to the Apple- or Google-connected Wordismo Play account you want to delete.

Request Deletion by Email

If you cannot access the app, send an email to:

info@wordismo.com

Use the subject:

Wordismo Play Account Deletion Request

Where possible, send the request from the email address connected to your Apple or Google sign-in. Include your Wordismo Play username and Player ID if available.

We may request additional verification to protect accounts against unauthorized deletion.

What Will Be Deleted?

After verification, deletion may include:

• Wordismo Play account and connected login records

• Wordismo Player ID association

• Username and avatar

• Cloud-synchronized game progress

• Stage, Daily Challenge, reward, streak, XP, and coin records

• Unfinished synchronized game sessions

• Coupon-redemption records linked to the account

• Active leaderboard profile and account-linked competitive records

• Purchase-delivery references and account-linked entitlement associations, where they are not required for legal, fraud-prevention, or transaction-record purposes

What May Be Retained?

Limited information may be retained where required for:

• Tax, accounting, payment, or consumer-protection obligations

• Fraud, cheating, abuse, and security investigations

• Establishment or defense of legal claims

• Proof that a deletion request was completed

• Preventing duplicated purchase or reward delivery

Aggregated or irreversibly anonymized information may also remain.

Apple, Google, RevenueCat, advertising providers, and other independent providers may retain transaction or service records under their own legal obligations and privacy policies.

Processing Time

Verified deletion requests are normally completed within 30 days. We will notify you if additional time is legally permitted and reasonably necessary.

Backup copies are removed through routine backup-retention cycles.

Important Consequences

Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

Deleting your account may permanently remove:

• Synchronized progress

• Coins and rewards

• Competitive scores and rank participation

• Coupon benefits

• Connected Apple and Google login methods

Deleting a Wordismo Play account does not delete your Apple ID, Google Account, App Store account, Google Play account, or their independent transaction histories.

Removing the app from your device does not by itself delete a connected Wordismo Play account.

Guest Players

A guest player who has never connected Apple or Google does not have an online Wordismo Play account. Guest progress is primarily stored locally on the device.

You may remove local guest data using the data-removal option provided in the app. Removing the application may also remove local data, subject to device or cloud backups.
